About me
Hey, I'm Tetiana, a product designer and design team lead
5+ years building apps, dashboards, websites and admin panels across healthcare, SaaS, fintech, blockchain and more.
I lead a team of 5+ designers: I hire, mentor and grow them, plan their work and own the full design cycle, from user research and information architecture to UI, usability testing and handoff. I've also worked solo on complex products and built multi-platform ecosystems side by side with developers, PMs and stakeholders.
I take part in pre-sales too: discovery calls, scope and estimates, and presenting design decisions to clients.
